We do not pay out any refunds under any circumstances. However, if it we may provide exchanges (please refer to the next section) or store credit, subject to our approval and inspection process if the mistake was on our side.
Approval for exchange or store credit is at our sole discretion. STEALPLUG reserves the right to reject any exchanges especially in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of store policies.

Return Policy
All sales at STEALPLUG are final and non-refundable once you have received the item or left our store with your satisfaction. This is because we customise our products according to your specific needs.
Therefore, we do not offer any returns for any reason. However, if we make a mistake in your order, such as sending you the wrong size, colour or model, you have 7 days from the time of delivery to notify us and request an exchange. After this period, we will not accept any requests for returns or exchanges.
