Yes, we provide same day delivery via Lalamove & Grab Express within Klang Valley only.
Please request to insured your shippment/parcel as the delivery fees on checkout excludes from insurance fees. Additional charges applys.

SPlug Rewards Club
SPlug Rewards Club is a program that gives STEALPLUG's customer the opportunity to collect points to redeem for cash value towards future purchases. These points can be redeemed both in-stores and online. Being a member of the SPlug Rewards Club also grants access to exclusive perks and discounts.
Yes. All SPLUG REWARDS CLUB points will expire 365 days after the date of your last purchase or the last time they’ve earned points, meaning that if you keep earning points they will never expire.
In-Store
Before making any purchase, look for any of our STEALPLUG Sales Associate to explain and register you an account.
Online
Look for the SPLUG Rewards Club floating button on your screen's bottom right

Navigate to the SPLUG Rewards Club page to sign up and get rewarded.
In the event you have shopped at STEALPLUG and already have an account, you will instantly be granted membership to the program as a Silver Plug member.
There are many ways to begin collecting points and different tiers has different perks. Please view our full list here
To check your current SPLUG REWARDS CLUB points balance, click the ‘Account’ button above and log in with your credentials. After logging in, click ’Dashboard' under the 'Rewards Club' heading for an overview of your balance.
Upon checking out, click the cart button at the top right corner of our website and checkout as normal. Once you get to the page where you type in your shipping information, first make sure you are logged in on the right side below your cart details, there will be a drop down to select the number of points you would like to redeem towards your order. All the redeemed codes can be applied to purchases in-store and online.
For PLATINUM PLUG member only:
Yes, you are welcome to exchange your purchase in-store only.
If you wish to exchange products with the same value. No extra charges and no question asked.
If you wish to exchange for higher value product, you will have to top-up for difference in price.
If you wish to exchange for cheaper value product, the differences will be credit into store points.
For GOLD PLUG & PLATINUM PLUG member only:
You will receive an email once your reach this tier. Login and go to your SPLUG REWARDS CLUB page and redeem your products in the redeem points section.
Private 24/7 live chat via Whatsapp to attend to all your orders and requests.
Once per month, you're welcome to indulge in a one-hour exclusive shopping experience at our flagship store, where you'll have the entire space to yourself, accompanied by two handpicked private sales assistants catering solely to your needs.
It might take a hot minute, about 24 hours, for your points balance to get in line. Just a heads up, to make sure those points are legit, follow the steps in our 'Ways to Earn' section. If 24 hours have passed and your balance still hasn’t updated, please inform our STEALPLUG Customer Service team (stealplug@gmail.com) and we will promptly assist you.
Tier status is viable for one full calendar year or 365 days. If you do not meet tier qualifications of spending a minimum of RM6,888 for GOLD PLUG and RM15,888 for PLATINUM PLUG per year in the tier, your status will change to the following tier after one calendar year.
SPLUG REWARD CLUB points cannot be earned from delivery fees, duties, purchases of gift cards, and gratuities.
If you have an existing STEALPLUG account, you are automatically enrolled in the SPLUG REWARDS CLUB program starting as SILVER PLUG.
We are unable to retroactively apply past purchases towards earning points under the Rewards Club program. Points will only be counted starting from the day your account is created
Definitely, earning points is just as easy at our retail store. During checkout, please inform our staff of your SPLUG REWARDS CLUB membership and they can pull up your account to help you add or redeem points.
To be respectful of Privacy Rights and Membership Policy, all Individual Accounts cannot be combined and shall remain as registered.
Alway log-in to your STEALPLUG/SPLUG REWARDS CLUB account when placing an order as this is the only guaranteed method to accurately ensure your points accumulates. In the event that you're not logged in or overlook mentioning your membership during purchase, your points won't be added to your balance.
No, your hard earned points are not eligible for usage with sales and any other promotional items both instore and online.
