All sales at STEALPLUG are final and non-refundable once you have received the item or left our store with your satisfaction. This is because we customize our products according to your specific needs. Therefore, we do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason. However, if we make a mistake in your order, such as sending you the wrong size, color or model, you have 64 hours from the time of delivery to notify us and request a return. After this period, we will not accept any requests for returns, refunds or exchanges. We only accept returns for new and original price items. Items that are on sale or pre-owned are not eligible for returns. If you need to return an item due to our mistake in size, color or model, the item must be in new/unused condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. We will not accept any items that are damaged, missing accessories or have altered packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photos of the item to request a return. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received and inspected your returned item. The inspection process may take up to 3 business days. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. The refund may take some time to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank. STEALPLUG has the right to withhold the reasons for rejecting any returns, refunds or exchanges, and to deny any claims from fraudulent or abusive users. STEALPLUG also has the right to refuse any claims from users who are suspected of fraudulent or abusive behavior. If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider. There may be a delay before your refund is credited and reflected in your account.
We only accept exchanges if we have made a mistake in the size, color or model of your item. Any other requests for exchanges will not be considered.
