All sales at STEALPLUG are final and non-refundable once you have received the item or left our store to your satisfaction. This policy is in place because our products are customized to your specific needs. Consequently, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than a mistake on our part.
Should we make an error with your order, such as sending the incorrect size, color, or model, you have 72 hours from the time of delivery to notify us and request a return. After this period, we will not accept any requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Return Policy
We only accept returns for new, original-priced items. Items purchased on sale or pre-owned items are not eligible for returns.
If you need to return an item due to our error in size, color, or model, the item must be in new/unused condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact. We will not accept any items that are damaged, missing accessories, or have altered packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, along with photos of the item, to request a return.
You can mail your return item to either of our locations:

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. The inspection process may take up to 3 business days. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. The refund may take some time to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank.
STEALPLUG reserves the right to withhold reasons for rejecting any returns, refunds, or exchanges, and to deny any claims from fraudulent or abusive users. We also reserve the right to refuse claims from users suspected of fraudulent or abusive behavior.
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider. There may be a delay before your refund is credited and reflected in your account.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if we have made a mistake in the size, color, or model of your item. Any other requests for exchanges will not be considered.
