STEALPLUG sales are final once the item has been received or you have left our store in an agreement that you are happy with the product. This is because we source our products for your specifically to your needs. Therefore we do not accept any returns, refunds or exchange of any kind. However, if we send your package with mistake example in sizes, colors, model, we do provide 64 hours return notice after the package delivered. Returns only apply to new and original price items. On sales items and pre-owned items are not eligible for returns. If under any circumstances such as mistakes in size, color or model that an item has to be return, the return goods must be in new / unused, complete set, not damage ( including all accessories ) and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that not in its original condition, having missing accessories or damaged parts ( including shoe box ) will not be eligible for return. To complete your return, we required a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photos of the items. To return your products, you should mail it to : STEALPLUG, LG FLOOR, Novotel KLCC, 2, Jalan Kia Peng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund. It generally takes 2-3 business days for this process. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer or bank. STEALPLUG reserves the rights not to disclose the reasons for unsuccessful returns or refunds or exchanges and to reject any claims from fraudulent users. STEALPLUG reserves the rights to reject any claims from users who exhibit abusive behaviour or suspected for fraudulent conduct. If you haven’t received your refund, do check your bank account or contact your payment issuer company. It may take some time before your refund to be successfully credited and reflected in your account.
We only allow exchange under circumstances such as mistakes in size, color or model. Besides that, any exchange inquires will not be entertained.
