Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you linked to your Atome Account. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Atome app.

To use Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments you must be at least 18. You are also required to have debit or credit card under your name to link with your Atome App.

If you want to make a purchase with Atome using Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, you'll need to create an account with Atome app which you can download from your App Store.  During registration, you are required to provide your Full Name displayed on your Malaysia Identification card and upload a clear picture of your Malaysia Identification card. The last step will be linking a credit/ debit card under your name to the Atome App.

As long as you are over 18 and you have provided your full name with clear picture of your Malaysia Identification Card during the registration your application will be accepted.

normally,  the application will be approved within 1-2 minutes time. If your picture of Malaysia Identification card is unclear during the process of registration, please make sure you delete and re-take a clearer picture, as your application will be decline by Atome.

No. Atome are not integrated with any offcial credit scoring company in Malaysia. Atome do however have their own credit scoring algorithm.

If you link debit card, Atome only allow total bill RM2,000 maximum.

If you link credit card Atome only allow total bill Rm5,000 maximum.

Yes, Items will be shipped out after your first payment (one-third of your bill).

If you miss a scheduled payment, Atome will charge you an administration fee and freeze your account until the outstanding amounts are paid. To reactivate your account, Atome will charge a RM50 fee. If this reactivation fee and instalment is not paid within seven days, an additional RM25 fee will be charged. In Malaysia, the maximum administrative fee is capped at RM150 per transaction. 

Under normal circumstances, no, but if you are facing technical difficulties or other problems that prevent you from paying on time, please get in touch with Atome as soon as possible so they can provide you with the support that you need.
