Refund / Return / Exchange Policy
All purchases through us are final and therefore we do not accept any returns, refund or exchanges. In cases where it is our fault for example mistake in size, color, model or authenticity of a product sold we will provide a 3-day return notice after the item has been delivered. After the 3 day notice has passed we will no longer take any returns, refund or exchange
We do not refund any shipping expenses paid by the customer for returns unless it is our fault the return/refund has to take place
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the purchased condition. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
STEALPLUG will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 1-2 days after the confirmation.
